We are looking for a dynamic and creative Web3 Social Media Manager to drive our digital presence, grow our community, and strengthen the thought leadership of our brand and founders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies across X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and other emerging platforms, tailored for Web3 and blockchain audiences.
• Manage all official social media accounts, driving growth in audience size, follower count, and engagement.
• Curate, create, and publish engaging content including posts, threads, stories, short form videos, and campaigns.
• Manage and expand the Twitter and LinkedIn presence of the founders, ensuring consistency with brand tone, ongoing initiatives, and industry thought leadership.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement rate, follower growth, impressions, conversions) and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated on the latest Web3 trends, communities, and discussions to position the company and founders as key voices in the space.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure messaging consistency across all channels.
• Engage with the community through comments, DMs, AMAs, and collaborations with influencers/KOLs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, ideally in Web3, blockchain, crypto, or tech industries.
• Strong knowledge of Web3 communities, culture, and terminology.
• Excellent content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Hands-on experience with Twitter/X growth strategies, LinkedIn engagement, and managing brand presence across multiple platforms.
• Ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or equivalent).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with founders or leadership teams to grow personal brands.
• Understanding of SEO, growth hacking, and paid social media campaigns.
• Experience in community management, influencer outreach, and collaborations.
