You may not use the platform for illegal activities, spamming, harassment, impersonation, or any activity that could harm the platform or its users. Violation may result in immediate account termination.
All content you post must be accurate, relevant, and professional. You may not post content that is offensive, discriminatory, or violates intellectual property rights.
Blockchain-verified skills must be earned through legitimate means. Attempting to falsify or manipulate skill verification processes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
The Trikaya platform, including all software, algorithms, designs, and content, is owned by Trikaya and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to use, modify, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.
Trikaya, our logo, and related marks are trademarks of our company. You may not use these marks without written permission.
We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices. Users who repeatedly infringe copyrights may have their accounts terminated.
We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
While we facilitate connections between candidates and employers, we do not guarantee job placement or employment outcomes. All hiring decisions are made independently by employers.
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
We are not responsible for interactions between users or between users and employers. Users engage with others at their own risk and discretion.

Skill verifications stored on blockchain are permanent and publicly verifiable, though they contain no personally identifiable information.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Karnatka India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Bangalore, Karnatka, India.
