Role Overview

We are hiring a high-performance Technical Sales Lead who can sell complex fintech

infrastructure solutions including wallet systems, payment integrations, and API-based

platforms.

You will own the enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing, while bridging the

gap between business and technical teams.

This is a revenue-driving leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  • Drive B2B sales across MEA, Africa, SEA & India
  • Own pipeline, revenue targets, and enterprise deal closures
  • Develop outbound strategy for fintech & enterprise clients
  • Build strategic partnerships

Technical Solution Selling

  • Conduct product demos & technical walkthroughs
  • Understand client architecture and integration requirements
  • Work closely with product & engineering for solution scoping
  • Assist in RFP responses and enterprise proposals

Revenue & Growth

  • Build and manage high-value deal pipeline
  • Track KPIs (conversion rate, deal size, sales cycle length)
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Global Market Development

  • Expand presence in Middle East and African markets
  • Build relationships with payment providers and aggregators
  • Represent jStack in industry events & conferences

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in B2B SaaS or fintech sales
  • Strong understanding of APIs, wallet systems, and payment infrastructure
  • Experience selling high-value technical solutions
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to communicate technical architecture clearly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fintech or payment gateway ecosystem
  • Existing network in MEA or African markets
  • Experience handling $500K+ enterprise deals
  • Experience selling infrastructure/platform products
