Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead the

evolution of our fintech infrastructure, wallet ecosystem, and payment integrations.

You will own product strategy, roadmap, feature prioritization, and cross-functional

alignment across engineering, sales, compliance, and leadership.

This role requires someone comfortable operating at scale in a global, transactionheavy environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define product vision aligned with business goals
• Build and manage product roadmap for wallet & payment systems
• Prioritize features based on GTV impact, revenue, and market demand
• Conduct market and competitor analysis (global fintech landscape)

Execution & Delivery

• Write detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with engineering during sprint cycles
• Ensure scalable architecture decisions for high-volume transactions
• Coordinate product releases across regions

Global Market Alignment

• Understand compliance and regulatory considerations across MEA, SEA, and

India

• Support multi-currency and cross-border product enhancements
• Align product features with regional client requirements

Analytics & Optimization

• Track KPIs (GTV growth, conversion rate, transaction success rate, churn)
• Identify revenue optimization opportunities
• Use data to guide product decisions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Technical Sales on enterprise requirements
• Support client demos and solution positioning
• Coordinate with finance for revenue tracking insights

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in Product Management (Fintech/SaaS preferred)
• Strong understanding of APIs, payment systems, wallet architecture
• Experience working with high transaction volume systems
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, etc.)
• Experience in multi-entity/global fintech setup
• Technical background (Engineering/Computer Science)
• Exposure to regulatory compliance in fintech
