Requirements
1-2 years Premium Product Sales experience (Luxury mobiles, bags, perfumes, lighting)
Strong cold calling and high-value closing skills
Well-groomed, below 35 years, excellent premium customer communication

Salary: 35000 to 70000 fixed + 3% uncapped incentives
Job Description
As a Sales Executive, you will drive the brand's growth through a hybrid sales model focused on luxury architectural and decorative lighting. Your role involves:
1. Strategic Lead Generation: Proactively performing cold calling to identify and connect with new B2B partners and high-end clients.
2. Consultative Selling : Providing expert lighting solutions to architects, interior designers, and builders through inbound leads and site visits.
3. Project and Market Growth : Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to project handover while expanding the brand's PAN-India dealer network.
