About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Lead with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and .NET

technologies to architect, design, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance

enterprise applications.

This role requires a strong balance of hands-on development, technical leadership, and cloud

architecture experience. The ideal candidate will drive the end-to-end technical direction, guide

teams in adopting modern design principles, and ensure delivery excellence in a fast-paced

environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable, cloud-native applications on Microsoft

Azure using .NET technologies.

• Architect and deliver microservices, API-driven, and event-based solutions for

enterprise-scale systems.

• Define and maintain application architecture, infrastructure design, and DevOps

strategies aligned with business goals.

• Lead cloud migration, application modernization, and re-platforming initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and performance best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, QA, and DevOps teams to

ensure seamless delivery.

• Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of engineering

excellence.

• Stay updated on emerging Azure services, AI/ML integrations, and modern cloud

innovations.

Core Skills & Expertise

Cloud Architecture & Azure Expertise

• Hands-on experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, AKS (Kubernetes),

Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Event Grid, and API Management.

• Deep understanding of cloud-native and serverless architecture patterns.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM

templates.

• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
• Knowledge of Azure networking, security, and cost optimization best practices.

.NET Development & Application Architecture

• Proficiency in .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework.
• Strong experience in microservices, domain-driven design (DDD), and event-driven

architecture.

• Expertise in RESTful API, GraphQL, and gRPC development with OAuth2/JWT

security models.

• Experience with Docker containerization and Kubernetes (AKS) orchestration.
• Proven ability to design scalable, distributed, and high-performance applications.

Security, Performance & Compliance

• Strong grasp of Azure AD, Managed Identities, and RBAC implementation.
• Skilled in securing APIs and web apps against OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.
• Experience with Redis/Azure Cache for caching strategies and load balancing

techniques.

• Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2 compliance frameworks.

Software Development & DevOps Excellence

• Experience in CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and automated testing

frameworks.

• Proficient in unit testing, integration testing, and TDD methodologies.
• Exposure to observability tools – Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log

Analytics.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Lead architecture reviews, technical discussions, and cloud strategy sessions.
• Act as the technical mentor for development teams, guiding on design and coding best

practices.

• Work cross-functionally to align technology roadmaps with strategic business outcomes.

Good to Have

• Exposure to Azure AI/ML, Cognitive Services, or OpenAI integrations.
• Knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) and Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with NoSQL (Cosmos DB, MongoDB) and Big Data solutions in Azure.
• Experience with Azure IoT, Edge Computing, or real-time analytics.
